Carbon nanotube metallization paste (University of New Mexico)
Collaboration with the University of New Mexico on silver thick-film pastes enhanced with surface-engineered carbon nanotubes to improve front-grid durability in silicon solar cells.

This project brings together our group’s screen-printing and cell-processing experience with UNM’s materials expertise to study how surface-engineered carbon nanotubes can be added to Ag thick-film paste and affect front gridline durability in PV devices. The work is reported in our IEEE PVSC 2024 paper (see link above).
